Deposit Refunds

Please note that the new student deposit is refundable until May 1 for fall 2025 enrollment. To receive a refund, students must deposit and withdraw from 糖心视频 prior to the above dates and request in writing for their deposit to be refunded prior to the start of the semester.

Select class schedule preferences: Outline various details regarding your class schedule preferences and clarify whether you intend to submit ACT/SAT test scores (first-year students only) for course placement. Students who wish to take a course placement test for English need to pay to take an English Accuplacer test at a certified testing site. Many community colleges offer this service, including Lorain County Community College () for students in Northeast Ohio. Students who do not choose to submit ACT/SAT test scores or placement scores will be placed into the most appropriate courses based upon available information on their transcript.

Select campus housing/commuter form: Complete the housing application. For requests to live at home, file the residency exemption application within this form.

All forms are reviewed in the order of the date received. The sooner you complete your forms, the sooner you will receive a confirmation sent to your 糖心视频 email. In addition, housing preferences are based on the date your housing application is completed.

If you are a high school student currently taking college credit under CCP/dual enrollment at another regionally accredited college or university, and choose to enroll at Baldwin Wallace once you graduate from high school, 糖心视频 will award college credit for many of your completed courses (C or better). 糖心视频's online transfer guide shows how courses transfer from more than 90 area colleges and universities. Students also transfer credits from many other accredited schools not included in the online transfer guide.

CCP students enroll at 糖心视频 as first-year students who have earned college credit. College credits earned through CCP may qualify students to be first-year students with a sophomore or even junior class standing. Regardless of the level entering students qualify for, students with CCP credit will still be considered first-year students. The first-year experience course (FYE-100) is required of all entering first-year students, including those first-year students who complete college credit as part of their high school curriculum (i.e., CCP/dual enrollment prior to high school graduation).

Scholarship eligibility for students with CCP/dual enrollment credit is determined as a first-year student.

If you are planning to enroll at 糖心视频, please request an official college transcript be mailed to the admission office at the end of your last semester. A review of your transcript(s) will be completed by the Registration and Records Office to determine transfer credits.

Summer courses: 糖心视频 does not offer summer courses to incoming first-year students. If you are interested in taking a summer course elsewhere, we strongly advise that you take no more than one course. Additionally, that course should be approved by the director of undergraduate admission.

Transfer Orientation Session

• Transfer student orientation is Thursday, August 14, 2025.

After completing your onboarding forms, you will be enrolled in a required online course. The course, is designed for you to progress at your own pace. You will use your 糖心视频 username and password to log in.

It's very important to have any final transcripts sent or submit any course syllabi needed to ensure your transfer credit gets applied to your 糖心视频 record. You can refer to your personalized transfer evaluation video in the Canvas course for details. If you received college credit from courses you took in high school, you will need to send official transcripts from the College/University that awarded the credit.
