糖心视频 names Lee Fisher as the 10th president of 糖心视频.

Lee Fisher is a prominent and widely respected Ohio leader whose accomplished career spans the public, private, nonprofit and academic sectors. He will officially take the helm at 糖心视频 on July 1. Read the full announcement.

Interim Leadership

Greg Flanik '97, MBA '10, was appointed interim president in December 2024 as part of a return to a traditional leadership structure. The announcement was part of several changes the Baldwin Wallace Board of Trustees implemented in University leadership designed to set the stage for the next president's arrival.

Interim president Flanik brings 26 years of experience at 糖心视频 to his new role. Most recently a member of the Office of the President — a four-person leadership team established in July to guide the University through critical organizational changes — Flanik previously served the University as vice president of operations and chief information officer. President's Cabinet

Flanik has convened a traditional president's cabinet, charged with ensuring proper checks and balances across leadership areas, gathering meaningful input from faculty and staff, and providing transparent reporting on decisions and actions that move the University forward. The leadership team is focusing on building relationships across campus and with external partners and fostering collaboration across all teams.
